3. Registration Notices
1. Student Fee:

The student fee is applicable only to students who are the first authors of a paper as presenters or student participants attending as listeners. Please submit a copy of your student card or an official letter from your institution to the Conference Secretary along with other registration materials.

2. Paper Registration:

One regular paper registration covers a paper up to 7 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Additional pages will be charged at $60 USD per page starting from the 8th page, provided that the final edited version of the accepted paper is typeset according to the conference proceeding template in FAIA.

3. Onsite Registration:

Onsite registration is available for presentations (abstract submission) and listeners. If you wish to register onsite, please notify us by April 15, 2025, so we can prepare your materials accordingly.

4. Payment Terms:

Payment must be made in US dollars (USD) or HKD (Hong Kong dollars). The conference organizer will not bear any bank charges associated with the transfer of funds or service fees.

5. Confirmation of Registration:

Your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Upon confirmation, an electronic copy of the official receipt will be sent to you. If you require a hard copy receipt, please contact mmbd@mmbdconf.org for further details.

6. Inclusions and Exclusions:

The basic registration fee does NOT include accommodation fees, transportation fees, visa application fees, paper publication fees in SCI-indexed journals, or extra page charges for conference proceedings papers.

4. Payment Methods
Kindly email to us for getting the invoice or registration instruction. Following payment methods are available:

Please login to the paper submission system to register with a paper ID. For listeners, please contact us to generate an ID for you.

5. Cancellation policy
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to mmbd@mmbdconf.org.
If the registrant is unable to attend the conference and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or the next MMBD conference, the following refund arrangements apply.

  • Before May 1, 2025, a refund will be issued with a deduction of a 5% handling fee.
  • From May 1, 2025 to June 1, 2025: 50% of payment Refund;
  • After June 1, 2025: No Refund.
* Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquake or storm, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.

The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.

Tips for Participants
* The participants are required to enter and exit the conference areas wearing the name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference areas without permission.
* Please keep all your belongings (laptop, mobile phone, etc.) with you in the public. The conference organizer is not responsible for loss or damage of property.

Organizer Statement
* The organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and venue due to force majeure events. Authors are obliged to observe and cooperate with the organizer's decision.
