2. Room Reservation
a. Reservation Deadline: June 15, 2023 (only 10 rooms are available).
b. Please fill in the Hotel Reservation Form here, and send it to conference email: mmbd@mmbdconf.org with the title "Room Reservation".
c. The conference organizing committee could help participants reserve room at Koreana Hotel before June 15, 2023. Room rate for one night (about 150USD) should be paid in advance to the conference organizing committee as deposit for room reservation via this link. The deposit for room reservation will be refunded to the participants after the conference. The actual total room rates should be paid to the hotel by the participant when Check-in
d. After payment, please send the payment proof back for further confirmation.
3. Room Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
-Cancellations before June 15, 2023 will receive a full refund.
-No refunds will be provided for cancellations after June 15, 2023 or no-shows.

The organizing committee never authorizes any third-parties for hotel reseravtion. Please arrange it by yourself or contact mmbd@mmbdconf.org for help.
